Method 1  Print a mail-in form and send it together with a check to:

Method 2 Use a credit card. Click on the image below to enter the secure web site of the non profit organization JustGive.org.  (If you choose this option, JustGive.org will deduct 3% of your donation to cover credit card processing fees however there are no other fees or charges.) When you make your donation, please choose to provide your mailing address or email address if you would like to receive information about your project.
