People Funding People’s promise to sponsors is to:

• Use 100% of your donation toward the project of your choice. Administrative costs are covered by separate fundraising efforts;
  
  
• Carefully screen and select projects. Projects are chosen in the poorest communities in the developing nations of the world. Currently all our projects are in Cameroon, West Africa;
  
  
• Partner with small, “hands on” non-profit organizations in each country;
  
  
• Establish and maintain strict standards for project completion;
  
  
• Closely monitor projects from start to finish, including periodic in person visits by People Funding People volunteers to project sites to ensure accountability. The most recent on site visit was in January 2008 (Note: All travel costs will be paid directly by People Funding People volunteers);
  
  
• Always protect your privacy and confidentiality;
  
  
• Provide tax deduction documentation in a timely manner.
